It is made with the vineyards coming from the “La Rosa” estate in Acqui Terme in the historical Brachetto area. The denomination is Brachetto d’Aqui DOCG and it is made with 100% Brachetto grapes. There is a maceration period for 4/5 days at low temperatures, it follows fast and several pressing, disgorging and filtration and the following conservation at 0°C. The wine making process occurs in autoclave in the Strevi’s cellar. This sweet sparkling wine has unique and remarkable aromas. The cold maceration and the following soft pressing give intense aromas and a characteristic light ruby red color. IT is extraordinary elegant and pleasant.
Characteristics of the Brachetto D'Acqui Rosa Regale DOCG
It has a very light ruby red color. The foam has a light pink color and a persistent perlage. The smell is intense, aromatic with Bulgarian rose aromas. The taste is soft, lovely, elegant with sensations of bitter almond and Muscat nut.
Suggested pairings with this great Brachetto
It is perfect with fresh strawberries or fruit cakes. It is also very good with the fruit salad and the bakery. The service temperature is 6-8°C.
