Wine description
The Riesling DOC "Primi Fiori" is a white wine produced in Lombardia in the vineyards located in the oriental side of the Oltrepò of Pavia. The grapes are 100% Riesling Italico.
The characteristics of the Riesling
It has a light straw yellow color. The scent is pleasant and delicate, of medium persistence and floral flavors. The taste is fresh, young and agreeably sparkly.
Suggestions for the Riesling
It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 8-10°C. It is suggested to be joint to risotto and fish courses.
