The Pinot Rosé is a rosé sparkling wine produced in Lombardia in the vineyards located in the oriental side of the Oltrepò of Pavia. The grapes are 100% Pinot Nero with a rosé wine making.
The characteristics of the Pinot Rosé
It has clear rose color. The scent is fine, fresh, lightly fruity with some white flowers aromas. The taste is characterized by an agreeable completeness and an elegant roundness.
Suggestions for the Pinot Nero Rosé
It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 8-10°C. It is suggested to be joint to starters, fish and white meat main course.
