Wine description
The Pinot Nero DOC is a white sparkling wine produced in Lombardia in the vineyards located in the oriental side of the Oltrepò of Pavia. The grapes are 100% Pinot Nero.
The characteristics of the Pinot Nero DOC
It has a bright straw yellow color. The scent is pleasant and delicate, of medium persistence and fruity flavors. The taste is fresh and elegant with a good persistence.
Suggestions for the Pinot Nero
It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 8-10°C. It is suggested to be joint to main courses, pastas, risotto and fish courses.
