Wine description
Bonarda "Vigna il Monello" is a sparkling red wine made from 100% Croatina grapes. The harvest is done manually in mid-September with fermentation at a controlled temperature. It is then aged in steel before being bottled.
Characteristics of Bonarda "Vigna il Modello"
Ruby red color with persistent violet foam. The nose has strong aromas of red fruits and pleasant herbaceous notes.
Recommended pairings tasting this red wine
It goes perfectly with cured meats, especially Varzi salami. Serve at 18 ºC in a not very large glass.
