Wine description
This Pinot Noir "Ludwig" comes from two vineyards located at an altitude of 400 and 580 meters above sea level. The grapes, once arrived in the rooms used for the vinification, ferment alcoholic both in cask and in steel. Then it is aged for 17 months in barrique, at the end of which the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.
Characteristics of this Pinot Noir Doc
The "Ludwig" Pinot Noir is a wine with a ruby red color, typically pale. The nose has ethereal, balsamic sensations, in which there are also fruity and spicy notes. The taste is savory and fresh.
Suggested pairings tasting this wine from Trentino
Excellent with white and red meats in stew; to be tried also with mushrooms. Serve at a temperature of 15ºC in a glass not very wide.
