Frappato Vittoria DOC BIO PLANETA

This exclusive variety is cultivated only in a few hectares in the area of the red sands of Vittoria, where it can express its best. Aromatic and pleasant, it is the result of the union between tradition and innovation. This red wine is composed by 100% Frappato grapes. After the manual harvest, the grapes are pressed and the stalks are eliminated. 7 days maceration followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in inox.

Features of the Frappato di Vittoria DOC wine

Ruby red colour with violet shades. Its perfume is characterized by dried rose and violet, with smoked sensations. The taste recalls red fruits and balsamic hints.

Perfect every-day wine, that can be associated with pasta, cheesburger, cheese, onions or mushrooms soups. You can drink it young or age it for 2-3 years. It has to be served at 14°C.
