Wine description
From vineyards facing south, south-west and south-east located at 500-600 m asl, this red wine from Trentino is produced, for which 100% Pinot Noir grapes are used. The soils are fertile, deep and well drained and have a good component of clay and organic substances. The harvest takes place in late September/early October and precedes the cold maceration phase; it follows fermentation in amphorae, wood and steel with aging in small French oak barrels for 12 months.
Characteristics of this Pinot Noir from Trentino
It has a very intense ruby red color and a very elegant olfactory bouquet that is manifested by a night of licorice, black and red fruit, black pepper. Full and structured on the palate with a pleasant tannic texture.
Recommended pairings with this red wine
Excellent with all meat dishes. Serve at 18 ºC.
