Descrizione del vino
The red Barbera Provincia di Pavia Igt of the winery Riccardi, located in Casino Soriasco, S. Maria della Versa, in the Oltrepò Pavese area, comes from 100% Barbera grapes, grown in vineryard Pizzocorvo. The vinification is preceded by a maceration of 5-6 days to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances found in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°C, with a second fermentation in autoclave. Refinement in the tank for 3 months.
