Wine description
This Pinot Grigio from the Zorzettig Winery in Friuli is a particularly fresh white wine with a certain aromatic complexity. For its production, pure Pinot Grigio grapes are used, grown on the hills of Spessa di Cividale. Following the harvest, the grapes are pressed and destemmed: this is followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and then a final phase of refinement, 5 months in steel and a final month in the bottle.
Characteristics of this Friulian white wine
It has a very delicate straw yellow colour. The olfactory profile boasts hints of peach, apricot and broom. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious on the palate.
Recommended pairings with this Friuli white wine
Try it with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
