Pinot Grigio by Caldaro is a wine that gives you a warm and welcoming feeling; it makes you feel at home. Toast every day to the beauty of life and smile optimistic. This wine is born from the vinification of the Pinot Grigio grape variety. The age of the vineyards is 25 years and the yield per hectare reaches 70 hectoliters of wine per hectare of vineyards. The system of breeding is the classic one of Trentino Alto Adige, the pergola and the Gujot. For its vinification is provided for the pressing of the whole harvest ripe and perfectly healthy, natural decanting, fermentation at controlled temperature of 18-20°C, then the aging of 4 months on the fine lees in steel tanks. The vineyard is located in a hilly area with southeast exposure. It stands at an altitude of 300, up to 450 meters above sea level. The soil is calcareous clay.

The organoleptic examination gives us a white wine with a pale straw yellow and slightly satin. The aroma is characterized by the fruity aroma of pineapple and ripe pear. The taste has a soft and pleasant body, the finish is persistent and fruity.
