Wine description
From the vinification in purity of grape varieties from the harvest with selection of Pinot Noir grapes. The origin is the classic one within which the company operates, Merano and Val Venosta. The vinification involves alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, the must is moved for about 10 days. Malolactic fermentation follows and maturation in small oak barrels and used barriques.
Pinot Nero Blauburgunder Festival Doc’s features
A ruby red colour. The scent is fresh with hints of wild berries such as wild cherries and raspberries. The taste has a well structured, markedly tannic flavor, leaving a soft aftertaste on the palate.
