This fine label from the Meran winery in Trentino represents the symbol of the company. Fruit of the harvest of only selected grapes of fine Pinot Noir vines, from Val Venosta. This vine finds the ideal conditions to thrive: slightly permeable soils, protected areas and poor rain combined with abundant exposure to the sun. For the vinification, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature takes place in a vat with a wide mouth where the must is moved for about 10 days. Malolactic fermentation follows and maturation in small oak barrels and used barriques.
