Wine description
From the vinification of Pinot Noir grapes. The origin is the classic one of La-vis and Giovo, Trentino Alto Adige. The vinification involves manual harvesting in the last week of September, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging in French oak barrels for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
Characteristics of this Pinot Nero DOC
This wine has a pale ruby red colour. The perfume is intense with hints of cherry and morello cherry which slowly ends in a pleasant and typical aroma of red berries. The taste in the mouth is delicate and fruity, while the dense and silky tannins give it a full and pleasantly long taste.
