Wine description
A sensational red wine of Veneto produced with 100% Pinot Noir, cultivated on the hills of Breganza, characterized by volcanic soils full of tuff. The fermentation is managed in steel, where also the spontaneous malolactic fermentation takes place. 12 months aging in steel.

Light ruby red colour, typical of the variety. Its scent is elegant and spicy. The taste is balanced, dry and structured, with delicate aromas that recall small fruits

This wine goes on well with savoury dishes, like baked pasta, cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses. It has to be served at 16°C in a wide wine glass that allows the diffusion of the perfumes.
