Wine description
The Valpolicella Classico DOC of the Winery Manara, is a wine from Veneto region. The selected grapes for its birth are: 70% Corvina, Rondinella 20%, 10% Molinara, the harvest of these grapes is done manually to be able to select only the best grapes. The aging of this excellent Valpolicella Classico takes place in stainless steel tanks of 100 hl, and in wine barrels of 200 hl for 12 months.
