The white wine Bianco Fumaio of the Banfi winery is a prestigious fresh and smelly wine suitable for the most important occasions. It is made with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The must ferments under temperature control at 15-16°C which keeps the natural freshness of the wine. In this way there is no malolactic fermentation. The bottling during winter time is perfect to keep a little percentage of carbon dioxide that comes from the alcoholic fermentation.
Characteristics of the Fumaio Toscana IGT wine
It has a light straw yellow color. The smell is wide, fruity, and fresh. The taste is full, harmonic and lightly acid. It is impressing for its freshness, synthesis of the two grapes used.

It is a meal wine also perfect with fresh fish. The ideal service temperature is 10°C in a wide and high wine glass. The proof is 12,5%.
