The white wine Vorberg, produced by Terlan Cellar, in the north of Bolzano, is typical of the southern side of Monzoccolo, in the DOC territory of Terlano. On this mountain you can find sunny and steep vineyards of Pinot Blanc, located between 450-950 meters above the sea level. This complex wine hits for its minerality. Moreover, its attitude to evolve underlines the potential of these grapes. We are talking about a white wine that improve with dome years of aging. Vorberg Riserva praises the denomination DOC Alto Adige-Terlano. 100% Pinot Blanc, cultivated in a small area that allow the production of 55.000 bottles per year. This wine represents the perfect union between territory and the art of wine-making.

The manual harvest is followed by the soft pressing and the eliminations of lees through natural sedimentation. The slow fermentation is managed at controlled temperature in big barrels made of oak (30 hl). Then, the malolactic fermentation and the aging last for 12 months. Bright and deep straw yellow colour enriched by a various bouquet. The scent of Vorberg Riserva is wide, with intense sensations of mature fruits like melon, peach, pear, apple, quince, dried fruits, orange and pineapple. These hints are fused to delicate graphite, jasmine and minerals. The taste represents the perfect combination between fruits, aromas and flavours. Its enchanting touch is soft and creamy and the final is truly aromatic, persistent and mineral.
