Wine description
This fragrant and elegant wine from Zorzettig Winery is made from pure Pinot Bianco grapes. This Friulian white wine is produced by hand harvesting, followed by pressing and destemming. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 18-19 °C and lasts approximately 10 days. The wine then rests on the noble lees until the following spring.
Characteristics of this Friulian wine
It has a straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. Olfactory notes of apple, medlar, lime and chamomile prevail on the nose. On the palate it is well balanced with an enveloping taste.
Recommended pairings with this Friulian white wine
Excellent with fish and shellfish dishes. Try it with soups. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 C°.
