This “Maurizio Zanella” red wine from Ca' del Bosco winery is produced with 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc grapes. The grapes come from the vineyards located in Erbusco, Cazzago San Martino and Passirano, near Brescia. The grapes are harvested, after a careful selection in the vineyard, and vinified separately taking into account the different degrees of ripeness of the different grapes. Then we proceed with the assembly: the wine is placed in small wooden barrels where it rests for 12 months before being bottled.
