This wine valorizes and promotes its winery all around the world. This historic blend produced since the winery creation and it is made by traditional and local varieties cultivated at Terlano: Pinot bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. The Pinot bianco is used in major quantity and gives freshness and acidity, while the Chardonnay gives softness and warmness and the Sauvignon gives an aromatic taste to the blend. There is a manual picking of the grapes and it follows a delicate pressing of the entire bunch and the racking off made by natural sedimentation. The slow fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Finally the aging period lasts 5-7 months on fine yeasts in steel barrels. The assembling is made one month before being bottled. The production area is the north of Terlano in the DOC area. The soils are located at 250-500 meters above the sea level with a slope of 35% located at South, South-west.
