Wine description
This white wine from Perla del Garda Winery comes from a blend of Turbiana and Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards of Lonato del Garda, 150-250 m above sea level. Manual harvesting takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September and the grapes after soft pressing undergo fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15°C. The fermentation of about 8/10 days anticipates the refinement, a phase that also requires permanence in steel.
Characteristics of this Brescian white wine
Straw yellow in colour, the nose develops olfactory notes reminiscent of jasmine, peach plum and banana. On the palate it is slightly savoury, fresh and medium-bodied.

Try it with fish dishes, shellfish and cheese.
Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
