From the vinification of 100% pure Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The origin is that of the area that falls within the IGT Trevenezie territory. The vines are all grown within the company areas. The harvest as per the winery's tradition involves the manual harvesting of the grapes and immediate vinification. For this wine a partial drying of the grapes of about 20% is requested for eight weeks. Maceration with the cap immersed for 25 days. Finally the refinement for about 18 months in barrels of 30 - 60 hectoliters of Allier and Slavonian oak.
Cabernet Sauvignon Sant’Helena Fantinel’s features
An intense ruby red color, with some hints of garnet. The aroma on the nose is manifested by notes of ripe red fruit such as blackberries and cherries, alternating with hints deriving from aging. The taste on the palate is full, rich, austere, warm, with tannins. It closes with a long finish.
