From the Cabernet Sauvignon grape grown within the company areas. The provenance is the classic one La-vis, Trentino Alto Adige. The vinification requires manual harvesting around the second decade of October, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for about 18 months before bottling, refinement in the bottle for at least 10 months.
Characteristics of this Cabernet Sauvignon Doc
This wine has an intense ruby red colour. The nose is complex with hints of balsamic and spices, then blueberries, mint, cardamom and slight hints of vanilla. The taste is full, broad flavor. The silky tannins are in great harmony with the fruit and the salty acidity. A satisfying and long closure.
