Weinbeschreibung
The Cabernet Sauvignon DOC is a red wine from Friuli, produced by the Agricultural Company Perusini located in Corno di Rosazzo in the Udine province on the Oriental hills. The grapes used are 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine making takes place in steel with selected yeasts and it follows 12 months of refinement in French oak barrels. It has a burgundy color with ruby red reflections.
Features of the Cabernet Sauvignon of Perusini
The scent is fruity with a cherry, black berry and light spicy aromas. The taste is full and structured with clear black berry and cherry flavors with a good acidity and a fruity and elegant aftertaste.
Recommended pairings with this red wine
It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 16-18°C. It is perfect to be drunk with braised beefs, beef stew and red meats.
