The fusion between viticulture science and the passion for the territory allows the Tramin company to produce this exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon honored by the Südtirol-Alto Adige DOC certification. The grapes used for the production of this red wine are the Cabernet Sauvignon one originally from Médoc and Graves and perfectly imported to the North of Italy. The cultivation territories are the DOC area of Termeno and Egna on calcareous and clay soils. The profit is 55 hectoliters per hectare. The grapes are destemmed and they have to ferment at 28°C in steel tanks and the malolactic fermentation is partially carried out. Then the aging period takes place in barrels used to give a woody hint to the wine. It can be aged up to 8 years in bottles.

It has a rich, deep, charged and austere red color. The scent reminds the red fruits with spicy, cinnamon and pepper hints. The taste is full, charming, good structured with black currant and green pepper hints.

It has to be served with structured Italian courses. It is perfect with red meats, game and spicy cheeses. The service temperature must be 20°C and the wine has to be served in a Ballon or Bordeaux wine glass.
