This sensational wine produced by Giorgi is a Rosé produced with 100% Pinot Noir, cultivated in the traditional zone of Oltrepò Pavese. The vineyard gives 80 quintals per hectare. The free-run must, extracted by soft pressing, doesn’t exceed the 55% of the weight of the harvest and it is immediately separated by the rest. The fermentation, started by selected yeasts, is managed in steel at controlled temperature.

Bright but light pink colour with intense perfume, characterized by apple and peach. Its taste is elegant, harmonious, soft, structured and persistent.
