A sparkling wine characterized by perfumes and refined aromas, ideal to satisfy even the most expert wine lovers. It is produced in a limited quantity with the grapes of the best harvest and rests at least 72 months on its yeasts, directly selected by us. It recalls the warm flavours of toasted almond, honey and spices that the aging will develop in a balanced context. Its body is fresh. It is proposed in the version “Brut”, due to a little quantity of “dosage”. It is composed by 100% Cortese grapes, coming from the vineyards from the property. The wine making technique considers a classic fermentation in the bottle, a long period of aging and a maturation on yeasts that can last even 72 months.
Features of Spumante Millesimato Brut
The organoleptic exam reveals a light gold yellow colour that shines in the wine glass. The perfume is intense and persistent. The first impression is characterized by intense hints of exotic fruits that are transformed in honey and spices after a while, to build a context that we could define soft and elegant. Its taste is important, dry, strong and fresh, with a smooth feeling caused by the long rest on yeasts. Pleasant sourness surrounded by a nice sensation of almond.
