A sparkling wine with great characteristics. The result of the vinification in purity of Lambrusco Marani grapes. The origin is that of the DOC of Reggio Emilia where the vineyards of the winery fall. The vinification is the result of only Lambrusco Marani grapes, which are harvested by hand. After traditional vinification in rosé, the product is refermented according to the Classic Method in bottle with aging on the lees for 30 months.

The appearance of the wine is pink with a particularly fine and creamy foam. The aroma is fine and elegant with delicate notes of fruit. The taste is broad and dry, sharp, fresh and pleasantly harmonious.
