Prosecco Superiore Brut Nature Millesimato "Grande Cuvée del Fondatore" is dedicated to Giuliano, founder of the Bortolomiol winery: he was the first to obtain a Brut from Prosecco. This Grande Cuvée is produced with grapes exclusively from the vineyards of San Pietro di Barbozza: after the harvest of mid-September, it is vinified in white with soft pressing. It follows primary fermentation with selected yeasts and at controlled temperature, with fermentation at 25-30 days. The process ends with 10 months of aging on the lees and then 2-3 months of aging in bottle.
Grande Cuvée del Fondatore's features
The organoleptic analysis of this Spumante wine shows a straw yellow color with a fine and lively perlage, fruity and floral, with elegant hints of white fruit. In the mouth it is pleasant, lively, fresh and fruity, of great aromatic cleanliness
