The red wine Raboso Fiore of the Paladin winery is produced for 30 years in Veneto. This special selection exalts the fruit for a unique freshness. It is an unusual sparkling wine because red.
Characteristics of the Raboso Fiore Selezione Speciale
It has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The foam has a bright pink color and it is abundant. The smell is persistent and fragrant and it reminds the cherries and the violets. The taste is lively, fruity, sapid and dry. It has delicate tannins.
Suggested pairings with this Paladin
This red sparkjling wine of the veneto tradition is perfect with snacks, roasted and grilled meats, fish in humid like the cuttlefish with tomatoes and pies. It must be served at 8-10°C.
