Wine description
A Prosecco for the young people because very fresh, light and harmonic. The Prosecco Millesimato Paladin born from an accurate selection of the DOC Treviso area. This wine becomes sparkling with a long process to obtain a fine and soft perlage. One of the most renowned label for the Prosecco.
Characteristics of Prosecco DOC Millesimato Extra Dry
It has a bright straw yellow color. The perlage is fine and velvety. The smell is fruity with apple, pear, citron and floral aromas. The taste is soft and wide, but it is also sapid, persistent and light.
Suggested pairings with this prosecco Paladin
It is a convivial wine. It is perfect with fish starters, and in Veneto it is a meal wine from the cold cuts, to the cheeses and the dessert. It must be served at 6°C in high and tapered wine glass.
