The Paladin winery from Veneto has always been connected with this vineyard. The Malbech, for its characteristics smells and tastes won in 1975 one of the first wine national competitions. This vineyard is perfect to be cultivated in the east side of Veneto where it can expresses its potential. They are cultivated with the Guyot method with a density of 4000 trees per hectare. There is a first maceration for 10-15 days and it follows a fermentation period in steel. It follows a barrel refinement of 12 months and further 6 months in Slavonia oak barrels. It rests for 6 months in bottle.
Characteristics of the Malbech “Gli Arceri”
It has a bright ruby red color with noble garnet reflections. The smell is net and intense with fruity aromas together with tobacco and spices. The taste is aristocratic and elegant in a perfect harmony.

This wine is perfect with baked turbot and it is also perfect with red meats, noble chicken and game. It must be served in a Ballon wine glass at 18°C.
