From the vinification of 100% pure Verdicchio grapes. The origin is the classic one of the DOC area of Marche. Harvest takes place with perfectly ripe grapes between September and October. The vinification involves soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks then 6 months of rest. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. Refinement develops for 15 months on the lees.
