The Franciacorta Castello Bonomi Dosaggio Zero is produced with a blend of Chardonnay, which gives elegance and finesse, and Pinot Noir, which gives structure and depth. The two varieties are vinified separately, with soft pressing and fermentation in barrique for Chardonnay and in steel for Pinot Noir. After 8 months, the wine is blended and the second fermentation in bottle according to the Classic Method, with a stop on the lees of 80 months before dégorgement.
Franciacorta Dosage Zero Millesimato 2013 DOCG's features
It shows a bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose gives delicate floral scents, citrus, white fruit, dried fruit, ginger and bread crust. The mouthfeel is vibrant and saline, with a delicate fruit and a finish of great freshness.
