A wine of great prestige, expertly produced by the winery Kellerei Adrian of Trentino. The variety of grapes used is that of 100% Pinot Noir, from vineyards reared within the company. Vinification involves the use of the traditional method in red, in stainless steel containers at a temperature of up to 30 º C; accurate pumping over; maturation and malolactic in large barrels.
