Pinot Nero DOC Andrian

A wine of great prestige, expertly produced by the winery Kellerei Adrian of Trentino. The variety of grapes used is that of 100% Pinot Noir, from vineyards reared within the company. Vinification involves the use of the traditional method in red, in stainless steel containers at a temperature of up to 30 º C; accurate pumping over; maturation and malolactic in large barrels.

The organoleptic analysis shows an intense ruby red color. The nose expresses rich and elegant notes of black currant and blackberry. The taste on the palate is rich and pleasantly fresh, harmonious, refined.

An ideal wine for Italian cuisine. It goes with all meals, it goes well with stuffed pasta, legume soups, white and red meat on the plate. The optimal serving temperature is 16 º C in a wide glass that guarantees a good oxygenation.
