Wine description
A creamy and deep Trento DOC, born from the Val di Cembra. The grapes used are 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in porphyry soils called "Oro Rosso dei valligiani", which gives a note of flavor and minerality. After the manual harvest, the wine is gently pressed, decanted stataica cold and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 ºC. Finally, aging for 6 months in steel tanks.
Characteristics of this Trento DOC
It immediately strikes for its bright straw yellow color and for a dense and persistent perlage. The nose evokes notes of ripe yellow fruit, barley and bread crust. On the palate extraordinary minerality and flavor.
Recommended pairings with this Trento DOC sparkling wine
Excellent with all fish dishes, especially raw and shellfish. Serve at 6/8 ºC.
