This Barolo "Bussia" from Belcolle Winery is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the vineyards of Monforte d'Alba and Bussia, near Cuneo: the vines are located at an altitude of about 300/350 m usl on land mainly of limestone-clay mold. After the manual harvest, fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for about 15 days in steel tanks; aging instead takes place in French oak barrels for 3 years with a subsequent period of permanence in the bottle.
