A wine that fully represents the territoriality of the region and expresses the local tradition. The variety of grapes used for its vinification is that of the 100% pure Schiava grape variety and bred within the farm. Vinification involves the use of the traditional method in red, in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature; accurate pumping over; maturation and malolactic in large barrels.
