A DOC wine from the Kellerei Adrian winery that boasts great prestige. Refined, delicate and at the same time elegant. The Wolf Lagrein Tor, the result of the vinification of the most renowned autochthonous grape of South Tyrol, boasts the DOC certification. Vinification involves the use of the traditional red method in stainless steel containers. Careful pumping over, the malolactic fermentation and maturation are completely carried out in barriques in order to make the tannins silky and soft on the palate.

The organoleptic examination of this sensational wine shows a deep and austere garnet red color. The nose expresses a pleasant and intense bouquet consisting of notes of bitter chocolate, cocoa, oriental spices, berries such as cherry and plum. The taste on the palate is full, robust, of excellent balance thanks to a moderate acidity, of great persistence.
