Wine description
A wine of great value that only the winery Kellerei Adrian interprets in such a way as to respect the tradition. The grape variety used is that of 100% pure Pinot Grigio from the vineyards. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature, followed by maturation on fine yeast for six months in steel.
Pinot Grigio DOC's features
The wine has a pale straw yellow color. The nose expresses a pleasant and intense bouquet of ripe fruit, in particular melon and citrus. The taste on the palate is soft and elegant, with good persistence.
