For the production of this sensational wine of the Trentino tradition, rich in fruity hints and characterized by a wide roundness of tannins, The Kellerei Adrian winery uses only and exclusively 100% pure Pinot Noir grapes selected from the best vineyards grown within the company. The vinification involves the use of the traditional method in red, during which the wine remains in stainless steel tanks. They follow accurate pumping over, followed by maturation and malolactic fermentation in barriques.
