A wide wine characterized by the immense expressiveness of the aromas, enchants the taster and seduces him with the characteristic floral notes. The variety of grapes used for its vinification are those of 100% Sauvignon. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature; maturation on fine yeast for six months.
Sauvignon Blanc "Floreado" DOC's features
The wine has a straw yellow color with green reflections, a symbol of great youth. The nose expresses beautiful and pleasant herbaceous and vegetal notes of elderberry flowers, nettle, exotic fruit. The taste on the palate is fresh, harmonious, soft and elegant, with good persistence.

An excellent wine as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers based on sushi and sashimi, fresh cheeses, eggs. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C in a high and wide glass.
