Montepulciano d'Abruzzo In & Out DOC Collefrisio

This Abruzzo red wine from the Collefrisio Winery is made from pure Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes harvested during the last ten days of October. Once the grapes have been destemmed, a long maceration phase on the skins and an equally long ageing phase in barriques for 24 months followed by further ageing in bottles for 10 months are carried out.

 

 

 

 

It has a garnet red colour with violet reflections. The olfactory profile presents notes of violets, berries and pomegranate as well as spicy notes. On the palate it is velvety, with excellent persistence.

 

 

 

 

Perfect with first courses with particularly tasty sauces, meat or game dishes and mature cheeses.Serve at a temperature of 16-18 C°.
