A fine and refined label both for the renowned Cantina Tollo of Chieti, both for the Abruzzo Wine Traction. The vinification involves the vinification of 100% Pecorino grapes. The origin of the vineyards lies in the area of the Geographical Indication typical of the province of Chieti, in Abruzzo. The harvest takes place in September. The vinification involves the destemming pressing, with the subsequent cryomacerazione of the pressed at 5/8ºC, soft pressing to control the fermentation temperature of the clear must. Finally, refinement is developed, in stainless steel tanks.
