Characteristics of this Bolgheri Rosso Doc
The aspect of the wine is purple red. The scent has explosive aromas outlined by a vibrant balsamic vein combined with notes of small red fruits, licorice and spices. The taste is velvety and enveloping, but very drinkable, with a harmonic and balanced finish.
Suggested pairings tasting this Tuscan wine
Rich and enveloping wine that goes well with main courses of meat and aged cheeses. Try it with a veal stew in a juniper sauce. The serving temperature is 16ºC.
