Wine description
Vinification in absolute purity of 100% Montepulciano grapes. The harvest takes place in late September to the end of October. The vinification involves the destemming followed by permanence on the skins at 28-30 C for 10-15 days after racking and aging of 20 months in stainless steel.
Characteristics of this red wine
The wine has a deep ruby red color. The bouquet expresses an intense and fine bouquet. The taste has notes of cherry, currant and violet embellished by a slight hint of tobacco open to a balanced taste, tasty, well defined in every component.
Suggested pairings with this red wine from Abruzzo
An excellent wine and ideal for the whole meal, it goes well with grilled meats and in general to seconds rich in structure. The optimal serving temperature is 16 ºC.
