Raccomanded pairings while tasting this wine of Argiolas Winery
The Perdera wine is perfect as appetizer. It is very good with cold cuts and cheeses together with olives. It can be matched with typical main course of Sardinia such as the maccheroni de busa al ragù d’agnello” (maccheroni with lamb ragù), or “Maccheroni al pecorino Sardo” (maccheroni with pecorino cheese from Sardinia). It is also very good with grilled bovine meat. It must be served at 18°C in wide wine glasses. The proof is 13,5%.
