Bardolino Classico DOC DOMINI VENETI

This blend by Domini Veneti is composed by 65% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 5% Molinara. The vineyards are located in the traditional area of Bardolino, above the hills of the south-east part of Garda Lake. The harvest is planned between the end of September and the beginning of October and it is managed manually. The wine making starts with the elimination of stalks, followed by soft pressing. The fermentation, set between 25-28°C, is followed by 7 days maceration. After malolactic fermentation, the aging is managed in steel tanks. Natural stabilization.

Shiny ruby red colour. Its perfume is delicate and fruity. The taste is fresh, dry and dynamic.

Suggested pairings tasting this product of Domini Veneti winery

Excellent with pasta and risotto dressed with delicate sauces. It is fabulous with white meat and pizza too. It has to be served at 16°C.
