From the vinification of Vermentino grapes in absolute 100% purity. The provenance is the classic one of Sardinia, where the refined and renowned Siddura winery operates. For the vinification, the harvest takes place in small boxes. After destemming, the grapes are cooled and left to macerate in a stainless steel tank for 2-3 days at a temperature of 2 ° C before being pressed. This allows to extract the precious aromatic precursors contained in the skin cells.

A straw yellow colour with golden hues. The perfume on the nose is complex and fine, the pulpy fruit dominates the scene. Pineapple, tropical fruit, plum and ripe white fruit open to spicy echoes and almond aftertaste. The taste on the palate emerges an explosive freshness, integrated in a soft and seductive structure.
